The solution

To overcome the complexities of large-scale media localization, Feltiv was engineered as a secure, scalable, and automation-first SaaS platform. We built the platform using Python Django for the backend and React.js for the frontend, following a microservice-ready design hosted on Microsoft Azure.
Key security implementations included:

Each user type, Customer, Vendor, Operations, Admin—received specific permissions and dashboards tailored to their workflows.
Future support for MFA and SSO was designed into the architecture.


3. End-to-End Project & Job Management

We created a centralized system where enterprise customers could:

  • Create projects

  • Configure jobs

  • Assign artists, vendors, or agencies

  • Monitor progress with milestones

  • Exchange comments and attachments

  • Execute QC reviews and approvals

To reduce time and manual effort, we integrated Azure Cognitive Services for:

  • Voice-to-Text transcription

  • Automated multi-language translation

  • Text-to-Speech synthetic voice generation

5. Financial & Commercial Integrations

We designed the platform to support seamless financial operations through future integrations with:

  • RazorPay

  • Paytm

  • Fi Money

  • Zoho Invoice

  • Chargebee

This enabled automated quotations, invoicing, vendor payments, and commercial tracking.

Custom dashboards were created for each user type to provide insights on:
