Yacht Management ERP is a two-app suite for yacht management companies: Yacht Management for the back office and Yacht Charter for bookings and guest-facing work. Fleet, HR, Accounting, CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Website stay on standard Odoo. The suite adds the vessel, crew, technical, charter, and brokerage layer.
Management. Each yacht is a vessel record (motor, sailing, catamaran, superyacht, commercial, or tender) with flag, identifiers, home port, bunker, and status. It links one-to-one with Fleet for services. Engine hours come from yacht logs, not the Fleet odometer. Crew link to HR employees, with assignments and certificate expiry. Voyages store waypoints. Vessel blocks stop overlapping use. Maintenance templates raise tasks from engine hours. Work orders and defects sit on the vessel. Compliance files alert at the days you set. Owner ledgers summarise income, expense, and fee against linked journal entries. Fleet Command is the day-to-day operations view. Owners and captains use the portal for vessels, statements, and captain tools.
Charter. Support crewed, bareboat, cabin, owner use, and maintenance-block charters. Confirming a charter takes a vessel block. APA is an envelope for target, collected, and spent amounts, with collection through Accounting invoices. Guests and embarkation checklists live on the charter. The Charter Board and Control Tower show the book. Public pages cover charter search, request a charter (CRM lead), and listings. Guests see their charters on the portal. Website is required for portals and public pages. An optional AIS switch shows position fields only, not a live AIS feed.
