Qonto Odoo Connector is for companies that bank with Qonto and keep books in Odoo. It uses Qonto’s public OAuth API (you create the application in the Qonto Developer Portal). It is not an official Qonto product and it does not send payments from Odoo to Qonto.
After you authorize Odoo, the connector can list your Qonto organization and accounts, create or map a bank journal from the IBAN, and import completed transactions as bank statement lines. Accountants then reconcile those lines in standard Odoo Accounting.
- Connect: Settings → Qonto. Choose Sandbox or Production, paste Client ID and Secret (staging token in sandbox), then Connect to Qonto. Callback URL is
/qonto/oauth/callbackon your database. Tokens refresh automatically. - Accounts: Accounting → Qonto → Bank Accounts. Map each Qonto account to an Odoo bank journal, or create a journal from the IBAN when that option is on. Optional import of Qonto-linked external accounts.
- Transactions: Money in is a positive statement line; money out is negative. Each Qonto transaction is stored once (unique per company). Default import is completed transactions only.
- First sync vs later: The first import uses a day window (90 days unless you change it). Accounting → Qonto has a wizard for new lines only, a date range, or full history.
- Hourly job: Mapped accounts with Auto Sync on are refreshed every hour.
- Webhooks (optional): If the database URL is public HTTPS, Qonto can notify Odoo of new transactions. Local HTTP databases skip webhook registration. Signatures are checked.
- Partners and receipts: Optional match by IBAN then name, optional create partner if none matches, optional download of Qonto receipts onto the statement line.
- Dashboard and history: Accounting → Qonto → Dashboard and Sync History show last sync, errors, and import counts. Multi-company is supported. Invoicing users get Qonto User; Accounting managers get Qonto Manager.
Works on Community and Enterprise, including Odoo.sh and your own server, if Odoo can reach Qonto over HTTPS and (for OAuth/webhooks) Qonto can reach your database URL.
