Agrochemical ERP connects regulated inventory, channel sales, subsidy billing, depot supply, and formulation traceability. Commercial and stock documents stay on standard Odoo Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting. The module adds agrochemical product data, lot expiry, FEFO, farmer/dealer/distributor roles, schemes, depot wrappers, recalls, and a Control Tower.
Use it for insecticide and fertilizer dealerships, agri-input depots, and formulation plants. It is not the farm operations suite. Pair Agriculture ERP separately if you need cropping and plots.
- Agrochemical products: type, registration number, scheduled chemical, active ingredient, formulation, crop and pest labels, lot tracking, and expiry.
- Lots and FEFO: manufacturing date, expiry, QC, recalled flag. Settings can warn or block picks that ignore first-expiry-first-out.
- Channel partners: farmer, dealer, or distributor on Contacts, with credit, purchase KPIs, and separate Dealers / Distributors menus.
- Farmer CRM: village hierarchy, land and crops, field officer, visits, season plans, farmer statement PDF.
- Counter sale at the default depot, with farmer insights and Apply Scheme on the order.
- Schemes: percent, fixed, or capped subsidy. Farmer unit price is MRP minus subsidy. Applications and period claims with a claim report. Optional auto-apply and budget cap.
- Supply: purchase orders, inbound ASN, depot-to-depot transfer requests that create standard pickings, supply visibility, dispatch challan.
- Manufacturing: formulation profile to Bill of Materials, manufacturing order with QC Pass/Fail, batch genealogy from input lots to the finished lot.
- Compliance: product recalls, banned product log, dealer licenses, optional block if no active license.
- Farmer portal for orders and subsidy status. Control Tower with date presets, light/dark, and drill-down.
Works on Community and Enterprise. Needs Inventory (lot expiry), Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Invoicing, Portal, and Website. Indian GST uses the India localization when installed. English only in this zip. Government subsidy portal APIs, POS hardware, WhatsApp, and an offline field app are out of scope.
