PySquad Automotive Dealership is the sales and fulfilment app for car dealers. A purchase of this app also includes Vehicle Service Center Management for the same Odoo version, at no extra charge. You download both zips. In Odoo, Dealership depends on pys_vehicle_service_center, so the workshop module must be on the addons path and installs with Dealership. Shared masters: brands, models, fuel types, and register.vehicle. Dealership users inherit workshop User and Administrator rights so Vehicle Data and after-sales stay in one database.
Buying Vehicle Service Center on its own does not include Dealership. The bundle only runs this way: Dealership includes the workshop app.

- Lead / opportunity: CRM with vehicle interest (brand, model, new or used). Convert to quotation and sale order.
- Test drive: Schedule against available stock, duration from settings, outcomes (interested, follow-up, no-show).
- Vehicle stock: Units with VIN, condition, yard or showroom, price. States: available, reserved, sold. Optional auto-reserve when the sale order is confirmed. Lines can link to a specific unit.
- Order fulfilment: RTO paperwork (through approved plus registration number), insurance, and finance, all on the sale order.
- Delivery and PDI: Draft to PDI to ready for handover to delivered. Optional required PDI notes and customer signature. Invoice from the sale order. On Deliver the unit is Sold and a registered vehicle is created for after-sales (RTO number can pre-fill registration).
Dealership menus: Dashboard, Sales and Leads, Vehicle Stock, Test Drives, Order Fulfilment (RTO, Insurance, Finance, Delivery), Reports, Vehicle Data, Configuration. The dashboard includes workshop KPIs and a shortcut to the workshop dashboard. Sale order smart buttons open that customer’s registered vehicles and service bookings.
