Opportunities are native CRM leads on a Real Estate team. Stages run New, Qualified, Viewing, Offer, Reservation, Won. Viewings are calendar events. An accepted sale offer can create a reservation quotation. A rent offer can create a lease on the unit, then you confirm that lease in Property Management.
Listings can be published to the website at /properties and /properties/<slug>. The detail page has an enquiry form that creates a CRM lead. The Agency Control Tower shows open opportunities, today's viewings, offers, and commissions, with shortcuts back to the Property board.
