Security Guard Agency Management is an Odoo 19 app for contract security firms that post guards at client sites, coordinate shifts, record incidents and invoice customers.
Manage client sites, contracts, and rosters
Create client sites and contracts, then build shifts from templates or employee working hours. The roster blocks overlapping shifts for the same guard and supports documented guard replacements.
Record attendance and escalate SOS alerts
Guards check in through the portal. Optional GPS and geofence checks are available when site coordinates are configured. Green, Amber, Red and Medical SOS alerts appear in the Odoo control room with SLA timers. External SMS or WhatsApp delivery needs your own webhook connected to a messaging service.
Verify patrols and log site activity
Use QR or NFC checkpoint scans and missed checkpoint alerts. GPS points are stored while a guard is on shift, with offline uploads supported. Incident records can include photos, witnesses, a client signature and a PDF. The gate register tracks visitors, vehicles, materials, ID proof and QR passes.
Invoice customer contracts
Bill by hours, guard days or a fixed amount at the configured frequency. Generate invoices manually or enable the daily auto invoice job. Odoo Accounting still handles invoice posting and collection. A public quote form can create a CRM lead.
Compatibility and optional add ons
The core module supports Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise on Odoo.sh or on premise. Payroll requires the optional Enterprise Payroll add on. Vehicle assignment requires the optional Odoo Fleet app. The core license is USD 199 and includes three months of support.
